For the past 25 years Marks & Sands had been an independent Western Australian law firm. In 2001, we joined the national firm Hunt & Hunt Lawyers and became the Western Australian member of the Hunt & Hunt Legal Group.

Marks & Sands is a leading mid-sized law firm with 40 staff members, including 6 Partners and 11 legal staff members. Marks & Sands was the first independent Western Australian law firm to attain Quality Assurance certification to ISO 9001 (achieved March 1996). We have also satisfied the requirements of the Quality Practice Standard of the Law Society of Western Australia.
